Amy is a Speech-Language Pathologist with over 27 years experience. She has worked in the acute care hospital setting, inpatient rehabilitation units, and subacute rehabilitation facilities. Amy is knowledgeable about the medical setting and has a special interest in traumatic brain injury. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and dogs.
Andrea
Case Manager
Andrea has been a Registered Nurse since 2013 working at Ascension and Beaumont (Corewell) hospitals in the areas of neurology, medical/surgical, urology, occupational health and internal medicine. Prior to becoming a nurse, she had various roles in health promotion for 10 years with Dow in Midland, MI. She is a lifelong learner and is dedicated to helping individuals improve their health, manage chronic medical conditions and navigate their medical care.

Case Manager
Beth has 28 years of experience as a Medical Social Worker. During her career, she has worked as a Guardianship Coordinator and a Medical Social Worker/Discharge Planner in various subacute & acute facilities. Over the past 11 years, she has worked as a Medical Social Worker at an Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit. Beth earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Western Michigan University and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Wayne State University. Her specialty is working with the geriatric population.

Chris has worked for 17 years as an acute care and rehabilitation Speech Pathologist in a hospital setting. She has several years of experience working with patients in the ICU and rehabilitation unit with a special interest in traumatic brain injury and coordinating care following catastrophic, life changing events.
Christina
Case Manager
Christina has 20+ years of experience working as a Senior Occupational Therapist, Licensed Driver Rehabilitation Instructor and a Medical Case Manager. She is certified in the RT300 e-stim bike, Bioness H200 e-stim hand device and the Saebo Flex technology for brain injury treatment of paralysis and spasticity. She spent 17 years in the clinic specializing in Neuro rehabilitation specifically spinal cord injury and brain injury out patient treatment as an OT. She specializes in home modification management as well. She has lived on three continents. In her spare time she enjoys traveling and spending time on the water boating. Her favorite activities include skiing, yoga, golf and paddle boarding.

Fran graduated in Australia as an RN in1990 and specialized in E.R & I.C.U. She worked in Cardiology & Pulmonary Transplant I.C.U, Neurosurgical, Burns & Trauma I.C.U. She has a variety of health care experience having also worked as a Director of Clinical Services in home health care. Fran has worked with Wellspring Case Management since 2018.

Inger has been a Nurse for 34 years, many of those years spent working in pediatrics. She enjoys working as a case manager because it gives her a chance to get to know the clients. She enjoys the challenge of assisting clients in regaining their lives after having been through a traumatic experience. Being a case manager allows her to use her nursing skills and often forces her to use creativity to best meet the needs of each individual client.

Kara has been a Registered Nurse since 2014 and also has a degree in massage therapy. She has a background in home healthcare working with catastrophic injury patients. Prior to nursing, she has over a decade of experience in customer care, including seven years of administrative management.

Kayla has been a Case Manager since 2014. She graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Physiology, with a Minor in Wellness and Nutrition. She has previous experience as a wellness specialist and counselor at Borgess Hospital in Kalamazoo, MI. She and her Husband have three lovely daughters. In her spare time, Kayla enjoys anything active. Her perfect day would include; a long hike, a bit of rock climbing, and of course, dark chocolate.

Kellie has been an Occupational Therapist for over 25 years. She has experience in a variety of practice settings including community mental health, skilled nursing facility, outpatient rehabilitation, and home health.
Kirk
Case Manager, Life Care Planner
Kirk began his career in commercial equipment financing and B2B sales. In 2001, he returned to college, driven by a passion for helping people achieve their highest quality of life. Since becoming an RN in 2003, Kirk has gained extensive experience in critical care step down, med/surg, orthopedic post-surgery care, dialysis, psychiatric nursing, acute substance detox, and home care. Kirk is a certified case manager (2008) and a certified nurse life care planner (2011). His expertise covers a wide range of areas, including spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, amputations, cerebral palsy, burns, lead poisoning, organ failure, adverse immunization reactions, loss of caregiver, and complex Medicare/Medicaid case management. Kirk is dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive care to help his clients navigate their health challenges and improve their quality of life.

Leigh has 30+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse. During her career, she worked 20+ years specializing in Neurosurgical, Spinal, Burn, Cardiac, Pulmonary Transplant, & Trauma Burn I.C.U’s & ER. Over the past 10+ years she had a variety of health care experiences in certification and specialization in Apheresis, Health Insurance Utilization Management, and Case Management. She joined Wellspring Case Management in 2019 and enjoys caring for her clients.

Lisa has 25+ years of experience working as an Occupational Therapist throughout West Michigan and in many different settings such as skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, inpatient rehab, outpatient rehab, and home healthcare. She has worked extensively with the geriatric population, specifically with the frail elderly in a PACE program. Lisa is a caregiver at heart and is passionate about helping others. In her free time she enjoys precious time with her family, running and biking, hiking in the woods or walking along the shores of Lake Michigan, reading, and playing with Beau, her English Springer Spaniel.

Prior to transitioning to case management in 2016, Lucie gained clinical nursing experience in areas including medical/surgical, substance misuse, and pediatric physical medicine and rehabilitation. She especially enjoys working with pediatric clients. Lucie enjoys constantly learning and strives to further her education to best assist with clients’ needs. Aside from nursing, she loves spending time with family, crafting, and being outdoors.
Mary Jo
Case Manager
Mary Jo transitioned from an automotive engineering career to nursing after realizing her desire to care for people rather than cars. Mary Jo has 14 years of experience in nursing having started her nursing career at Karmanos Cancer Center in allogenic bone marrow transplant and then as a cardiac care nurse at multiple locations within Trinity Health- Michigan.
Mary Jo is married and the proud mother of 4 adult children, and 3 grandchildren.

Michele has been a nurse for 26 years. She was a nurse case manager in the hospital setting for 17 years covering trauma patients. She has one daughter and enjoys being active. Her hobbies include playing volleyball, hiking, kayaking and travel.

Natalia has worked in nephrology as a registered nurse for the past 15 years, in various roles. She enjoys training patients and their families on Home Hemodialysis and Peritoneal Dialysis. She also enjoyed working with nurses, advancing education through innovation and use of technology. When not working you will find her with her family and serving in the community. Hobbies include hiking, biking and being in nature.

Noelle is a Registered Nurse and Certified Case Manager specializing in Behavioral Health and Rehabilitation Nursing. She uses a client-centered approach to support clients in rehabilitation while promoting the highest level of personal independence. Noelle has extensive experience collaborating with rehabilitation teams, including physicians, therapists, employers, and school administrators, supporting families through both minor and catastrophic accidents. Noelle has over 20 years of experience working within the Michigan Auto No-Fault Insurance industry.

Pam is a Registered Respiratory Therapist with 10 years clinical supervisor experience. Pam was a clinical supervisor for a DME company for eleven years. She works on the west side of Michigan. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren.
Stephanie
Case Manager
Stephanie has worked in various medical settings including a hospital-based system for 18 years, including acute care, in-patient rehabilitation, hospital administration, nursing homes, and medical case management for the last 6 years. She has a special interest in traumatic brain injury and coordinating care to meet the individual needs for clients following a catastrophic event. In her spare time, she enjoys her 2 teenagers, her four-legged friend, and staying active.

Terri has been a nurse for 30 years. She has experience in both pediatric and adult oncology, including being the nurse manager of a large oncology practice. She also has over 10 years experience in hospice and Palliative Care. She is also certified in Patient Advocacy. Terri enjoys scrapbooking and crafting as well as reading and boating.
